Package 2 - Subdirectory Package

Similar to Package 1 above except for:

	Web Site address in the form of http://www.inMalta.com/yourcompany instead of a domain name
	1 email address and email box i.e. yourcompany@inMalta.com
	Stats are provided through our counter script.
