Custom made CGI programs:

To protect our customers, we do not accept processing and network intensive programs (such as chat rooms, etc.), as they would slow down the whole server. To ensure this, all the custom made CGI programs must be e-mailed to the inMalta technical staff to be checked and approved before appearing on your site. 

We do not accept sites containing pornographic material of any form, copied or cracked software, spamming, promotion of illegal activities, and anything which is considered illegal under the Maltese law. To protect the rest of our customers, we reserve the right to terminate (without repayment) the hosting of sites which do not uphold this policy, without any prior notice. If you want to conduct illegal activities through the Internet then this is not the place for you.
