Changing
Internet Service Provider
Using an inMalta e-mail forwarding account
you could switch your Internet Service Provider (through who you connect
to the internet, via modem) at any time without having the problem of changing
your e-mail address. Meaning that your email address will always remain
your_name@inMalta.com.
Multiple
E-Mail Personalities
Email forwarding accounts allow you to
have multiple email personalities. That is, you can be a one person company
and appear as many. By using e-mail forwarding, you could set-up aliases
for your people or company departments. For example you could have:
sales-company@inMalta.com
info-company@inMalta.com
webmaster-company@inMalta.com
tech-company@inMalta.com
logistics-company@inMalta.com
accounts-company@inMalta.com
manager-company@inMalta.com
forward the e-mail to one real e-mail account.
Thus you could read the e-mail to the different departments having only
one e-mail account but at the same time appearing as being a larger company.
Note that, each e-mail received will also
include the e-mail to who it was sent, so you will be able to know to which
department the e-mail was sent.
One
real e-mail account.
Similar to the example above. Let us say
that your company is composed of 30 members and that you only have 1 real
e-mail account at the moment. With the inMalta e-mail forwarding accounts
you could give each member (or department) and e-mail presence and each
of these forwarding accounts could be set to send the e-mail received to
your real e-mail account. Thus you only need to connect to the internet
and download all the e-mail from one real account.
All e-mail received will have a reference
to which address they were sent. Moreover the members of your company or
departments will also be able to send e-mail using their inMalta e-Mail
Forwarding address.
